The Town of Somerset Health Plan Group will continue to offer Medex II and Medicare PPO Blue as an enrollment option for our eligible retirees (must be 65+ and retired). Premiums are paid one month in advance.
The new Fiscal Year 2026 rates are as follows:
Medex II $125.13 per person
Medicare PPO Blue $133.06 per person
