• Commercial/Industrial $150
• Residential 4 or more families $100
• Land less than.25 acres $25
• Municipal Lien Certificate Request (PDF)

The MLC request must have the following:

Name, address, and phone number of requestor
Property address and current owner
Parcel number of property
A check made Payable to: Town of Somerset
Self-addressed stamped return envelope

The Tax Collector’s Office has ten business days, after receiving a written request, to furnish a Municipal Lien Certificate. Acts 1983, Chap. 332
