Voters are encouraged to educate themselves on the many races and questions that will appear on their ballot Prior to arriving at the polls. Know Before You Go to the Polls will give voters the option to view their ballot. Educated voters will reduce the amount of time necessary in the voting booths and reduce lines and crowding on election day. Every voter will also receive a Red book in the mail from the Secretary of the Commonwealth which will list and explain the questions that will appear on the November State Election Ballot.
