Open Enrollment Notice
Please be advised that Open Enrollment for our Medicare-eligible retirees will be held from November 1, 2024 through November 30, 2024 with an effective date of January 1, 2025.
We have exciting news to share! The Town of Somerset Health Plan Group is now offering Medicare PPO Blue as an enrollment option for our eligible retirees!
We will have a representative from Blue Cross Blue Shield available on the following dates and times to answer any questions you may have.
Please notify the Treasurer's office if you have any of the following events:
- Change of Address
- Marriage/Re-marriage of yourself or former spouse
- Legal Separation or Divorce
- Death of an insured member
- Beneficiary change
